POSITION : Physician - Internist EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: M.D. or foreign equivalent. 3 years of training in internal medicine. Employer will accept board certification or board eligibility in internal medicine as evidence of completion of the training requirement. Valid license to practice medicine in the State of Washington. DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: Diagnose and treat diseases and injuries of the internal organ. Examine patients, using medical instruments and equipment. Order or execute various tests, analyze and diagnose images to provide information on patient's medical condition. Analyze reports and findings of tests and examine and diagnose condition. Administer or prescribe treatment and drugs. Inoculate and vaccinate patients to immunize patients from communicable diseases. Advise patients concerning diet, hygiene and methods of prevention of disease. Salaried/full time position
