RESPONSIBILITIES:
PATIENT ASSESSMENT, TEACHING, DISCHARGE PLANNING AND DELEGATING TASK TO LPN AND NAC; ABLE TO WORK AS A TEAM MEMBER.

REQUIREMENTS:
MUST HAVE WA STATE RN LICENSE.  EXPERIENCE PREFERRED; BLS REQUIRED.
