Cardiac Rehab - EXERCISE/EDUCATION RN

1  Per Diem position available
    Day Shift

RESPONSIBILITIES:  Provide patient assessment for risk factor reduction education and activity levels with documentation.  Monitors out patients in exercise program, individualized to diagnosis and patient needs.  Schedules appointments and enters patient charges into Meditech.  Completes patient follow-up process and counseling;  provides patient education and provides physicians with progress reports.  Phone and computer work; provides vacation/sick/education relief for director.


REQUIREMENTS:  Current WA State RN license.  ACLS, 3 years acute clinical experience and basic EKG course required.  Current experience in cardiac care preferred.
